[orca-list] thunderbird and flat review sometimes stop orca

Hi all.
To reproduce try the following steps:

1. Launch Thunderbird, select a message and press enter.
2. Flat review the message. Reviewing the current line is sufficient.
3. Press ctrl+w to close the message.

In my machine orca stops completely. Pressing the right button of the 
mouse restores orca.

Does anyone can confirm?
