[orca-list] Orca flat review and thunderbird problem: bug submitted

This is in response to another message, but I don't happen to have the 
original to reply to.

A message was posted saying that when flat review is used in thunderbird 
message viewer it then stops orca responding when the message is exited. 
I can confirm I notice this and filed a bug in gnome bugzilla and is bug 
number 567864.

In addition to the original description I notice that it seems to be 
more than orca which stops responding, I cannot even minimise all 
windows when orca stops responding. I don't know the exact cause, but 
orca flat review seems to be an action which will make it happen.
