[orca-list] bug in eclipse or bug in orca?

Hi all,
Eclipse has a nice feature that doesn't work with orca and I don't know 
if this is a bug in eclipse or a bug in orca.

The feature allows me to place the cursor over the name of a Class or 
method and press f2 key to access the documentation.

This doesn't work with orca.
