Hi,
If you are running orca 2.28 or above, you don't need edit
~/.orca/user-settings.py to activate debug.
You can run orca as follows:
orca --debug-file=debug.txt

#orca.debug.debugLevel = orca.debug.LEVEL_ALL
and remove the # at the beginning of the line.
Then search
#orca.debug.debugFile = open('debug.out', 'w', 0)
and remove the #.
Save the file and start orca.
Now you should have a debug.out file in your home Folder.
Please post this file.
