Re: [orca-list] braille compared to speech

A couple of things that I think I would find useful would be:
- To be able to tell if text is centred in oo using my display
- For the insert f command to be brailled?
- Is there anyway to show bolded text in braille or is that what the
insert f command is for?

But yeah, as I said making the insert f command be brailled would be
good and perhaps if you could tell if text is sented on the display would be
very useful as well.

As I think someone mentioned it is important to have to just use braille
eg not speech for example in quiet rooms where one doesn't wish to
distract others...
Orca I don't think is just usable in braille just yet, but its getting
there and I think one day it will be usable in just braille...

But I think these two features in oo would be quite nice...

Thanks!

Hi,
The braille stuff in orca needs more attention!
I have written many times about needed things since may 2007 with many
