Hi Gerhard.
does anybody of you know, how I can reach the foils layout menu?
Do I have to install a special office extension?
If you're using OpenOffice 3.0 you can do the following:
1. Use F6 and Shift+F6 to move amongst the various panels and toolbars.
If you're on a slide, pressing Shift+f6 twice should get you to the
panel related to design and layout.
2. Down Arrow once to get to get to Layouts. It should be expanded
already. But if it is not, you can use space to toggle its
expanded/collapsed state.
3. With Layouts expanded and focused, press Enter to move focus into the
list of layouts.
4. Arrow around to choose the desired layout.
5. Enter to apply the selected layout to the current slide.
6. F6 2x to move back to the slide.
Note that there is still work to be done on using Orca with Impress.
Some of that work needs to be done by the OOo guys; some of it needs to
be done by us. Hopefully what is in place now will make things "usable
enough" in the meantime. In addition, we welcome any feedback, bug
reports, and enhancement requests that you have.
Hope this helps. Take care.
