Re: [orca-list] Bluetooth in intrepid ibex

Hello Victor,

I had a simular problem using Debian. What I did was go to preferences and
choose bluetooth. In that dialog, I made sure that it was set to other
devices can connect. I made the computer discoverable. I then paired my
bluetooth device and found the icon in the gnome panel. it's just labeled
icon, so you will have to press enter and test when your pairing.
Once you do that, the dialog will appear and will be accessible with Orca.

I hope this helps you some. If not, tell me and I'll try to explain better.
I'm notsure if brltty works with bluetooth devices. I guess you will find
out though.

Alonzo

Wel, in fact I have no way to know if it's a problem with orca or with interface. I don't know if it's realy shown. When connecting a device that requires password via bluetooth, the edit box to input the password in the computer can not be found with orca. So, the device cannot be connected. If the device is a mouse or a keyboard and so doesn't require passwd, all is working fine. But a terminal braille, for example, cannot be worked via bluetooth. Does anybody els have this problem?
