Hi:
I think our first step is to create an auditory cue when the screen with all
the options come up because I think that's what some people find just a
little difficult. For those of us who are using VMWare with an Iso, it is
definately difficult to catch the screen when it comes up because you can't
hear the disk reeving up. Fortunately, we can use to floppy disk sound as a
cue but that isn't always full prooff.

At least the second issue will go away once it can reasonably be assumed
that
DVD drives are the norm. I don't know when that will occur, as there are
still
plenty of older machines around that only have CD drives.
Well it will be possible moreso when Ubuntu switches to DVD, which I think
they are hoping not to do for a long while yet, even though one of the
distro team members thinks it should.
