[orca-list] Major changes in Orca trunk

Put your hardhats on, I just committed a change that affects 104 files,
including renames, deletes, and creations.

This change is more internal, and will allow better scalability and
maintainability - hopefully.

If you depend on trunk for your daily use, please have an escape route
handy, perhaps orca's 2.22 stable branch.
