When numlock is turned on it is possible to hear keynames when using flat
review. When numlock is turned off no keynames are spoken.
To me, this is a bug, but for different reasons. In my opinion, when NumLock
is turned on, flat review shouldn't work.
I guess we'll need to wait until after CSUN, but the Orca developers will
need to determine if the NumLock key is irrelevant (flat review mode always
works) or if flat review mode only works when NumLock is not selected.
