I think the original comment was on this thread.  What I'm talking
about is flat review mode.  Someone commented that they could not
reroute the cursor back to the point in the original application.
- From what I can tell, the best way to route the flat review cursor
back to the application cursor is hit the numpad-minus key once.
Orca's configuration stuff says it toggles flat review mode but
experience tells me that any other keystroke causes focus to return to
the application; if I then move around with the flat review keys,
material is reviewed appropriately but as soon as I hit the
numpad-minus key, the flat review pointer is back to the original
cursor location.
