Many thanks for your hard work translation Orca!  Hungarian users will 
be pleased thanks to your efforts.  :-)

For the help documentation, I believe it lives in 
http://svn.gnome.org/svn/gnome-user-docs/trunk/gnome2-accessibility-guide/C/low-vision.xml, 
and we need to go through it to make it more up to date.  In addition, 
the underlying help system of GNOME (yelp) is not very accessible at 
this time.  As such, I think I'd recommend not investing efforts 
translating the documentation right now.

Wow!  What commands do you use to find these strings?

In any case, someone opened a bug on them very recently: 
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=520974.

IMO, these strings are not important for day-to-day use of Orca, so we 
won't scramble to get them fixed for GNOME 2.22.0.  But, we will work on 
marking them for translation for GNOME 2.22.1 as well as trunk.
