Hey All:

I think we should all give Joanie a big round of applause for all the 
Firefox work she's been doing lately.  It's having a huge positive 
impact on the accessibility of Firefox, and she's doing this all for 
free out of her belief in Orca.

Many thanks to Joanie for this work, and many thanks to the community 
for testing and providing feedback!
