I thought I'd grabbed the latest orca, but I can't find useCollection in 
src/orca/settings.py at all. Here's the version info from the source:
_version__   = "$Revision: 3560 $"
__date__      = "$Date: 2008-02-11 12:35:26 -0500 (Mon, 11 Feb 2008) $"

Does this mean I have to grab a patch from somewhere?  It wasn't clear from 
this conversation whether the patch needs to be applied manually, or whether 
it is included in the svn version of orca-2.22.

Thanx for any clarification.

Hey Peter.  One more thing.  Make sure useCollection=True in
src/orca/settings.py to test the Collection based implementation,
useCollection=False will use the old implementation.
