Hello all skype users,
Please stop asking  for skype support in orca.
It is not possible and the small chances to do something using the api
is very limited.
That isn't a problem of orca. It is a problem of skype.

You can contact the skype developers and ask about a gtk2 based  GUI.
Or use any sip client.
There are many free sip clients under linux available.
There are many freeware sip clients for windows as well.
