[orca-list] gnome-speech package from speakup-modified

Hello all:

I wanted to try and install the gnome-speech rpm from speakup modified.  It has a dependency which can't be 
resolved.  Here is the
yum stuff:

--> Running transaction check
---> Package gnome-speech.i386 0:0.4.16-2.fc7spk set to be updated
--> Processing Dependency: libibmeci.so for package: gnome-speech
--> Finished Dependency Resolution
Error: Missing Dependency: libibmeci.so is needed by package gnome-speech



I wonder if libibmeci.so is a part of IBM's viavoice.  (Which, I don't have).
