Hi,
SD 0.6.4 supports pitch, but it reacts less sensitive, e.g. you have to 
adjust a rather high rate in order to hear a distinct difference. The 
same happens when you want to lower the pitch, for example to mark 
links.

P.S.: Adjusting punctuation seems still not possible.
