I recommend brasero strongly because while the default way of using
notilus is good enough it does not give features like multi session
and arais rw disks.
and I don't know properly but reports form our local gnug is that
gnome baker is not good enough.
so it is either k3b and brasero with all the functionality.  since kde
and k3b is not accessible what remains is brasero.
