Orca Accessibility of open office.org on FC6

Dear Friends,
I have some doubt about openoffice and fc6.
FC6 got more accessibility features like Screen readers like Orca LSR
and other accessibility features.
now my question is do I need to download latest open office from
Openoffice.org or the open office that comes with FC6 directly works
with Orca/LSR?
Please answer this question.
