Re: Orca translation questions?

Hi,
Thanks for the answer.
I am planning on doing the translation for Afrikaans as the Espeak
Afrikaans voice is usable.
I'll have a look and see if I should rather wait a bit as suggested.
Kind regards, Willem

Hi Willem:

The GNOME Translation Project (http://developer.gnome.org/projects/gtp/) might
have some information on this, but I'm not sure.

Keep in mind that if you're planning on starting a new translation, you might
want to wait a little bit. We're probably going to be making some sweeping
changes to that area pretty soon in response to some suggestions from the
localization team. Keep an eye on this bug:

Thanks!

Hi,
Could some one point me to the instructions for adding a new Language?
I do not seem to see a .pot file.
Should I simply copy the English .po under the language code for the new
language and modify that?
Do I need to add the added language code to another file some where?
TIA, Willem
