why should Orca not announce the heading levels, at least as an option?
You know, I just looked in the Orca specs for Firefox and Mike has
already specified that we should do that. I guess we just haven't
gotten to it yet. <smile> I filed an RFE to make it more prominent on
our radar: http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=414926
