Hello Jochen,
type:
sudo apt-get build-dep gnome-speech
or, if you are root, without the "sudo".
Note: You should include the path for Espeak by using:
./configure --with-espeak-dir=/PathToEspeak
Chekc the results if the building was successful.
If you've read the instructions for Speech-dispatcher, you probably
noticed that this solution also has its difficaulties.
