Orca Strange behavior of Espeak in German

Hi,
I switched to Espeak 1.18, and I found some really strange things about
the German synth in this version:
It isn't able to speak some words correctly:
"settings", "headings" "bindings" and "brltty" are those I found till
now.
"brltty" isn't spoken at all, and the other words sound like
"aaaaaaaaa".
I think the developper has joined this list, so he should take care of
that bug.
Note: It doesn't happen in English.
And: It has nothing to do with the used command, "speak" and "espeak"
both produce the same output.
