Orca Trouble with speech-dispatcher

Hi,
Orca doesn't cooperate correctly with speech-dispatcher.
Sometimes the connection breaks, and in
/var/log/speech-dispatcher/speech-dispatcher.log
the following lines appear:

[Sun Dec 10 11:04:48 2006 : 797503] speechd:  Error: Broken pipe to module.
[Sun Dec 10 11:04:48 2006 : 833161] speechd:   Output module working status:
0 (pid:1852140652)
[Sun Dec 10 11:04:48 2006 : 833226] speechd:  Output module terminated
abnormally, probably crashed.

As you see from the date, this problem exists for a longer time, in fact
from the beginning of using Orca with speech-dispatcher and Espeak.
After the reinstallation of Ubuntu and the upgrade to Espeak 1.18 nothing
has changed.
Any ideas?
