Orca Questions abouth

Hello All

I'm a new Orca user.

How can I to use orca with speech-dispatcher?

I like it, but Espeak have brasilian portuguese
suporte.
I'm using Orca and Ubuntu 6.10 Edgy.
I think Ubuntu don't have a new version fron orca.
By using APT, there isn't a new version.

How can I to update?
