[orca-list] Speech-dipatcher factory broke in orca later than 2.19.6

When I try to use the orca speech dispatcher with the latest versions
of orca I get the following during orca setup:

/usr/lib/python2.5/site-packages/gtk-2.0/gtk/__init__.py:69: GtkWarning: could not open display
  warnings.warn(str(e), _gtk.Warning)
Enter choice: Traceback (most recent call last):

    value = acss.get(property)
AttributeError: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'get'

Any idea what I left out or how I can help fix that? Everything else
works great!
