  I will certainly go take a look at it and get back to you if i find
anything, but what exactly does it do. is it a patch for orca?

We're working on a way to do this, but we may need to elaborate on our
algorithm for determining if locking keys are locked.  As an
alternative, Dave Mielke has created an application called "locktones,"
which I think might be a much better solution because it covers both the
graphical desktop and character cell consoles:
