Your router says there is a DHCPv6 server around.

I guess there is no way to tell NM to ignore that if the router is
sending it, is there?

Don't configure your
network that way, if it's not the case.

AFAICT, I have actually disabled this on the router.  Must be a bug in
the router, hence the question to ignore/override above.
