Really, there isn't so much to explain: I only noted that the Network
Manager icon disappeared from the notification area of my panel in Xfce,
when I updated GTK+ to the 3.16.1-1 version and, if I tried to launch it
manually, I recived thes messages:

So I reinstalled the previous version of GTK+ (3.14.9-1) and the icon
was visible again.
That's all.
I just notisced that also other people has the same problem (see for
example https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/44504).
Jirka, can you look into this?
