Nm-applet not compatibile with the gtk3-3.16

Hi all,

I'm a Arch Linux user and today, after a system upgrade, I discovered that the nm-applet is no more compatibile with the GTKs since these have reached the 3.16 version.

I'm using Xfce4 as desktop enviroment.
