How to get "EnablePin" method

I want to get "EnablePin"method from ModemManager.I want to use the dbus
to get the "EnablePin" method,when I run the nm-applet, I get below
wrong: 
--The name org.freedesktop.ModemManager was not provided by any .service
files 
can you tell you why ?
how can i get the "EnablePin" method ?
