That would be the ideal behavior, but if that's difficult to implement
then simply retrying every few minutes and presenting the security
dialog only when asked (for example only when "Connect to Other
Wireless Network" is selected) would be much better than what happens
at present. Sometimes a network is temporarily flaky and it's
necessary to retry five or ten times. Right now each time requires
clicking and waiting. That's frustrating.
