In galeon, the throbber is used to show that its connecting to a site,
and the progress indicator is used to indicate that the status of page
rendering if i'm not mistake. I think this is a pretty good model so
maybe we should use it too. David what do you think??
also i'm removing galeon-devel from the cc since this discussion doesn't
affect them at all really.
