OK, apologies to those suffering under bugzilla spam from this, but
the old "no milestone" bugs have now been moved to a milestone called
"old" (I know, I surely could have come up with something more
creative, but nobody ever said I was a writer).

If anyone had one in there you think is really important, you're free
to re-mark it "no milestone" to get it back up on the radar, along
with (hopefully) some additional comment about where the issue stands
now.
