You'd need to implement it in the libhildon library, using
XConfigureWindow() calls. Should not be hard to do, you need things like
"move this window below that window and show it" and "put this window
above that window and show it" and that's it.  The sliding animations
would still need to be done by the compositor, based on some information
from libhildon.
