Hi again!

Since I read J5 latest blog posts I also wanted to point out a few 
'loopholes' some of which may have been fixed since my latest 'bug 
report' to you about not being subscribed to announce automatically.

In fact over the past 3 years I have noticed some silent unsubscriptions 
from GNOME mailing lists. It happened to me on ddl, announce and 
foundation and thus resulted in me not receiving any email last year to 
announce the elections, nor to vote for the elections (no no I won't ask 
for a 2nd vote this year).

Since the problem is obviously hard to troubleshoot/reproduce I don't 
think much can be done about it, however I just wanted to let you know 
that we have some weirdness in the system which might affect people 
sometimes (and preventing them from voting). I read 365 members voted 
this year (in a comment), so I suppose it is a minority.
