Just tell them to verify it like this:
$ echo 'behdad behdad org:1,2,3,4,5,6,7:abcdef' | sha1sum
ae5e06b9c94fb2df47048d3dfbc3fc89738e48f6 -
Having votes in the hash makes sure a voter cannot lie about who they
voted for later, but anyway.
