Great news! Thanks a lot.

Could someone in the committee come with a timeline for such a
referendum? It's not that hard and it's a good occasion to start
organizing votes :-) You can find a howto here:

(this should really be moved to the wiki...)

The calendar in http://mail.gnome.org/archives/foundation-announce/2004-September/msg00001.html seems almost perfect - we could move it a couple of weeks, to have the vote close around the 20th of October.

How do you do those funky annotated cal diagrams? I did it by hand.
