Hi,
It seems that my recollection of the discussions from GUADEC did not
tally with that of others.
The referendum will be debated on the foundation-list, and we'll decide
in a week or two whether to hold it. I assume that (given the calendar I
proposed) we can decide up to the 25th or 26th of September?
