Hello,

A difficulty is to render a rich 2D textual layout using a screen
reader such as for example Yasr.

mcvox (0.5) has a user interface simpler than mc: in some cases just one
line is displayed. Other solutions would be possible though.

So indeed, there is no possible patch from mcvox.
