I saw a post somewhere on Google+ that with "Feedburner" you can
automatically turn your RSS stuff into posts on twitter.

The idea was:
Google+ -> Some RSS thing for G+ -> Feedburner -> Twitter

But you could use this as well to go:
RSS thing -> Feedburner -> Twitter

not sure what kind of other things Feedburner allows
