I have attached floor plans with dimensions of both floors. The event space is 10,000 sq. ft on total. I have not needed to provide anyone with a form before so I’m hoping this is the info you need. Let me know if not and I can try to find something that says more. Thanks!

In order to the liability insurance, I believe we are required to get the square footage right?  Do you have the form for the insurance?  I'll attach it to our task board.  Let me know!  Thanks!
