Ok! Thanks for the heads up on the travel plans. Maybe you can still be an adviser, if you'd like to remain involved :) Matthias gallantly volunteered to help out and I'm hoping Meg will be ok with remaining on the team when she returns from her vacation. 
 

That said, I think two weeks from now until the CfP deadline is a bit
tight, given that LAS GNOME hasn’t been announced at all (right?). Give
people an extra week?

Yeah, I'm worried about what that means for booking flights and hotel and am curious to hear what others think. Good suggestion though -- two weeks is definitely tight!
