Thanks for the list. Just a few of the listed items are actually not ours to account for. Each participant will pay at the reception for accommodation and breakfast themselves. Those that are eligible for GNOME sponsorship will get reimbursed by the GNOME foundation not Liberix. This means that accommodation and breakfast is not part of what we handle.

I really don't think it wise to come up with an estimate at this moment.

Liberix is at the moment working out an agreement that defines the relationship between them and GNOME, concerning advances and any other transactions.

Hmm, without a crystal ball there is no real answer to the volume of accounting, at least for the time being. I think in late May/early June we will actually have a rough idea what amount is needed. From looking at all required transactions now this should not be more than a few hours of work.

I am not much of an accountant myself, so I will let someone else answer it.
