Well, in the past days I've proposed to meet this week to discuss some pending issues. Seems I haven't been so clear so I fixing now:

Suggested agenda

• moving kanban from Taiga to Gitlab
  
• look for a definitive timeline
  
• approve a set of social activities for fine tuning budgets and the sponsorships brochure, Taiga #18
  
• vote image/logo (see Taiga #6)
  
• talk about team and roles
  
• state of the conference software and workplan for seting it up for 2017
  
• state of the CfP text, Taiga #17
  
• state of the new code of conduct, Taiga #14
