Yes, as you say, the press people are helpful and a good resource
to foster.  Er.

To put it differently, when dealing with reporters/journalists,
ask to get a chance to review any quotes or interviews or
any articles about your project, promise them same-day
turnaround, faster when you can, and then your goal becomes
to get them to be enthusiastic about what's happening and
to share the Dream.

So yes, a Press badge can be useful, but pretty much anything
can be misquoted with very little effort, so it's better to focus
on making the reporters be well treated and feel comfortable, so
they're not out to misrepresent people :)
