Hi,

From experience, 10 people is too many to make a good jury - I'd fix it 
at 5.

Also, I'm not sure prize money is necessary or desirable. Paying the 
pssage to GUADEC might be enough, no?

But as I said, a great idea, go for it (and excuse me for the fact that 
I haven't had much time recently).
