I'm somewhat thankful I never experienced those. How can we get around that
problem in a reasonable way?

I was thinking last week that we could have a smallish panel and
chairperson, various lightning proposals published beforehand and presented
at the meeting (kind of like question time in Australian parliaments), and
some open commentary and debate.

Thoughts?
