Yes, I remember this one. I would get a different stacktrace every time
(hence the confused bug report).

It could be gtranslator doing something wrong, but as we can't get a
reliable stacktrace (and some stacktraces don't even contain reference
to gtranslator code), I can't see how to track it down.

If you find anything to add that we would indicate it's something we're
doing wrong in gtranslator that triggers these problems, please do. As
far as I can see, it seems to be a bug somewhere in the libraries (gtk+
or libgnomeui, I think). I was using debian unstable, but I rebuilt
several core libraries from CVS or source tarball investigating the
problem, but it still persists.
