[Gtk2-Perl] sourceforge cvs

i don't know if it's back to being fully synchronized, seems to be
slightly behine, but sourceforge's anonymous cvs and cvs browser seems
to be close. at worse, it's a matter of hours rather than days as it was
recently. just figured i'd let anyone know that had been trying to stay
away due to the lag.
